I know some people are not happy with these videos because the author doesn't give measurements and time of cooking. But, this type of cooking is really for those of us who KNOW how to cook and what we are looking at is technique. Cooking is more about taste than exact measurements. I just love the primitive methods that don't require fancy equipment or an expensive modern kitchen! Good food is good food!
