Cool video Coach Theo, as a bonus flavor booster along with honey I enjoy a few sprinkles of cinnamon on my Greek Yogurt, I find that cinnamon works as a good anti-inflammatory

Been doing yogurt like this too for years. People think I’m crazy but they just don’t know it’s delicious and high protein/nutritious. Good call on the rice puffs that’s something I’ve done too in the past because after a certain point soft yogurt soft fruit gets really boring fast. The meal needs some texture contrast Edit; I do the 0% Greek yogurt the macros are beautiful. And if there’s room for fat macros just add pb, seeds or nuts

This shit was hilarious. The Liver bit was choice. I eat a lot of cooked ground beef and just chop the liver up and throw it in there. Don't even notice it

I use a erythritol as my sweetener but ill use an unflavored whey protein and mix it with PB2 to give it like a peanut butter pudding like texture. I also make a low calorie protein Ice cream. Treats are great for keeping up motivation and keeping them high protein is over all great.

Hey. Don't you have access to milk directly from farmers? In Poland in shops all pasterized. But you can go to farmer and buy directly from him. Perfect fatty milk :) I would let it stay outside fridge in glass jar for 4 days and I have homemade kefir. As bonus you know that you have live probiotics there ;) I Putin berries, nuts, banana and a slice of ginger in it and blend. Perfect smothie which I have daily for breakfast for over a year now.

Love yogurt, but it causes me so much inflammation. Good thing berries and chilis are anti-inflammatory and go great with it.

I just recently started getting raw milk from a farm shop I found on the internet, and it's sooooo much better than the pasteurised rubbish! It's creamer and makes me feel good. I just can't stop drinking it!

I basically eat the same every day but broken up in 2 meals. Morning : oats with water, protein powder, berries and peanut butter and in the evening Natrual yogurt and berries with 20g dark chocolate. This plus other healthy meals have made be able to sustainably loose 15+kg over about 2 and 1/2 months. Thanks for the great content

Hey Theo, Thank you for this nice inside 😉 do you think a transformation makes sense/is possible without any proteine powders/fewer egss per day? What is your opinion here?
@UncommonSense3 ай бұрын
Of course, protein powder is not essential at all, it is what I described it as in this video. I don't know why'd you want to eat less of one of the most nutritious foods on the planet though 🥚

Hi, just a random question, I've been trying to get somewhat better at frontsquats (w. regular frontrack position) but noticing that it's been absolutely hammering me down lately (in a bad way). Getting wrist and elbow pains. Do you have any advice/experience on improving the frontrack position? Is it just a matter of adjusting slowly?
@UncommonSense4 ай бұрын
Probably. You might have to think of it as practicing/strengthening the position before it's an actual leg exercise

what is your take on the animal industry, where animal suffer for us to get meat. Does it come to your mind at time's that maybe buying store meat is not good for the ecology and for the animals?
@UncommonSense4 ай бұрын
No, especially not in Sweden. I do as ethical choices I can without sacrificing my health. I do however not care for your moralizing. Animals suffer and die for your existence whether you put them on your plate or not. Ending your life(not a suggestion) is the only way to not impede on other life
