You're most welcome Geraldine! According to my research Vanilla extract is a natural product, whereas essence is synthetic. So, extract is less processed and provides a stronger and more pure vanilla flavour when compared to vanilla essence.

Thanks for sharing!❤ Another one is using strawberry cheese flavour in red velvet cakes. It takes the taste of the cake from 0 to 100☺😌🤤 Since I discovered it, I stopped using vanilla/strawberry flavour for my red velvet cakes🤭😅
