I need this! Seriously, thank you so much! Decades of wrecking my joints with lifting. The past three years doing my yoga and meditation: the consistency is FINALLY paying off - hips and ankles are starting to yield. Shoulders? Stubborn AF. I have a power tower I do dead hangs on daily: implementing this whole video. You're the man.

I'm very fortunate in that I had a flatmate who rigged up a bar off one ofcthe open support beams in my house before he returned to West Bengal. This facility has proven very useful to me. Your video validates the work I have already done and introduces new ways to build on what I have experienced. Thank you. Namaste.

What's your advice for keeping good form if hanging from a lower bar, where I need to pull my legs up off the floor? E.g. You mentioned pelvic position in the video, what should I think of in terms of how I pull my legs off the floor in order to be in a good position? Is there a significant benefit or disadvantage in, just bending at the knees so that the knees are under my hips and lower legs pointing back, compared to, lifting up my knees in front of my body, compared to, doing something more akin to a hollow body curve with global flexion and no real bending at the hips or knees? Thanks :)

i tried doing those scalpula pullups every day to improve my pullups and my shoulders were not good, that bottom position is not for everyone, I prefer to just hang without letting my head sink 🤷♂️🤷♂️ everyone is different, I still love hanging tho good video
