I am so glad I have found this channel! I am an on-again/off-again aerial dancer due to rotator impingement and/or tendinitis. I have done PT exercises, but, in my experience, PTs don't integrate those exercises into sport movement. They just say I am too hard on my body (insert eye roll). Thanks so much for the thorough explanations :) Much respect!

fantastic, thank you! I'm a teacher and a high school student recently showed me he could hold an object with great strength and grip with his shoulder blades pulled behind him! it was amazing and frightening to see, but I realized that our shoulders have a great deal of flexibility, stretch and formation that we usually barely tap!

You guys are the coolest. So chill and so mellow. It’s awesome. I thank you for what you do. I’ve injured both shoulders at one point in my life. Impinged my right, and partially tore my left. It totally sucked. I’m gonna try to give these exercises a try

Thanks for sharing. I’m in my early 30’s and I Dislocated my shoulder about 7 months ago in a bad fall, I have always made training a big priority and have been able to work around it for the most part but I’m still not confident enough in it to go back to grappling or strongman, but, I really would like to… I have recently been having some pretty bad pain again. It hasn’t happened again yet thankfully and I am hopeful with the right stability mobility I can get back to competition. Has anyone here been able to fully recover after an injury like this?? Please let me know how it went if so.

@bobobeans11254 жыл бұрын
Academy, Dicks, Amazon, etc. A lot of pull-up/ dip bars are sold out right now though. I would recommend getting some gymnastics rings which you can do both pull-ups and dips on(and rings are quite a bit cheaper).

Hey Josh I loved the video! I've been suffering from shoulder and neck pain over the last 7 months, have been seeing a physio, but still haven't managed to solve this problem. My neck is tight quite often, but I've also developed knots in certain spots (upper traps and scapula) and it's so hard to get rid of them. By now I'm very frustrated because nothing has worked out for me, and most docs can't seem to solche the mystery. I have full range of motion and can usually workout, but I'm so desperate to becoming pain free. I will give this workout routine a try and will check out your road map to strong shoulders as well. Were you suffering from knots/trigger points as well and can you relate to this? Do you have any further advice for me? Thanks for the video and all the best! Alex
