You are simply the most underrated channel as far as it comes to fitness. I have always had lean legs, owing to my tall height, but after following your leg workout, my legs feel more ready to dance and can dance for longer hours. Will religiously follow your diet tips too.

Ha ha.. This is very comprehensive expert nutritionist advise. Mouth watering options too.... This will help me in cycling also... There are many similarities .... My cycling ride is about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, It's aerobic.... Somewhat similar to dancing exercise. Great tips. Thank you

Being working woman they will have less time for practice and exercises. On daily basis what all different practice has to do and how much time they have to do and all.
