I never realized the importance of what food you are consuming and when you are consuming them when trying to build muscle and become lean. I thought working out was sufficient enough and the less you eat, the more results you will see. Apparently that isn’t the case. Thank you for this informative video!

My protein smoothies are like 450 calories. It's a meal! I feel like I'd gain too much weight if I added essentially a fourth meal. My smoothies have banana and oat milk w protein powder and collagen and usually a nut butter or spinach or berries

I just started weight training and I’m starving after working out! I workout late at 8 or 9 pm and I’m in bed by 11. So I’m not sure what I’d s good idea to eat after the workouts. I love your video. It’s so informative and helpful and I will share with all my workout friends

Very informative and helpful !! I prefer working out on an empty stomach I just drink coffee and water before. Then I eat a full meal with protein after my work out!

Wooah, thank goodness I've doing it right all these time. What I do is eat a small breakfast at 8:00am and then start working out at 10:30am. I finish at around 11:40am-12:00pm and then eat my lunch. I eat very clean though :))

Oof, I was doing the Chloe ting workout and in the first week it worked my belly was smaller and I was on a diet, but in the second week it was back to what it was, even tho I didn’t changed anything I kept eating the same, now I’ll try this!

You need to go on a calorie deficit diet I recommend the one from the "VSHRED" app if your stomach stores food in your belly for when it notices that you're starving yourself, but with a calorie deficit you can loose weight and eat the meals that fill you up! Much love I hope this helped ⭐

Been having similar questions. Thanks for asking Muskaan. I'm a beginner intermittent faster. I've been having a tsp-tbsp of coconut oil in the morning for skin and overall health. Now trying to incorporate it into IF and experimenting... 1. pre-workout w morning glass of water 2. post workout w breakfast (first meal after fasting 14:10) What do you think about pre-/post-workout meals in relation to IF Joanna? After working out I love to take a nice shower to cool my body then make dinner since i usually eat breakfast at 730am, lunch 11-12pm and workout around 4pm to about 5:30 or 6pm depends . I guess i will eat before i take a shower

My question is, if I workout at 7pm and bedtime is 11pm, could I get away with a protein shake and a big bowl of steamed veggies post workout? Rather than a full dinner? I struggle to eat right after a workout but eating a full meal too late disrupts my sleep.

Hi, I'm doing night shifts and my shift starts at 9.30pm, please let me know can I skip the post work out meal, if I'll finish my workout at 8pm and I'm having my dinner by 9 or 9:15..if postmeal is required then please let me know few examples. I'm doing only 30 mins walk and 30 mins normal exercise (squats, crunches)

I start my workout at 6:30, I do 30 minutes of walking, 1-2 minutes of jumping rope, 10 minutes of arm work and 10/15 minutes of ab work. Would a piece of fruit be okay, ex: watermelon, banana, grapes, etc.? After my workout should I eat a "real meal"?
