If you get Clara from the beginner banner, make a team of Clara, March, Natasha and [insert whatever character you want] I put Herta in that last slot. Then if you shield Clara and she gets attacked, Svarig will attack, then March will attack. Then if the enemy is beaten enough, Herta will attack. Full on follow up attacks. Natasha is there to do extra Phys damage and to keep the unshielded characters alive, but you don't necessarily need it to be her.

Dan heng is amazing but if you have him on e4 every time to one shot the enemy with your ultimate you will get a turn and it can go on forever if you get your ultimate up every kill

My current build is Trailblazer phy Dan heng Welt yang Fu xuan ,she just keeps me alive no matter what i just defeated the new lvl 58 boss with this team and all four of them are lvl 50 ( btw i was using fire trailblazer for the boss because of his weakness and i hate him)

Personally, March 7th > Fire trailblazer. I dont really see the hype of fire tb. March seven can shield and counter attack, meaning more energy recharged per turn. + can activelly inflict frozen status.
