Just take the car that has roof then open your recent tab then clear gta 3 from your recent tab then again open the game then press on the resume button then your game will load and you have done the glitch

You can also get a ghost car using a glitch that allows you to do the taxi side mission in an ambulance and getting somebody in the passanger sear that way

This glitch is patched on later versions of gta 3. When you try this on the last release of gta 3 claude freezes when leaving the car. Then he falls down on the ground from the other passenger coming out..

there is also firefighter glitch. just press the replay button. fire will be automatically vanished. best thing about is that you don't have to be close to the fire.

you can even go through the tunnel in cedar grove with the ghost car BUT BE CAREFUL: only a small part inside the tunnel is solid the rest isn‘t

There is a bug with the game currently and that it’s the toy car bug every time your at a bridge there is a chance a toy car spawns, disclaimer: once your going to get in the toy car your game crashes and idk why
