Wow I just learned so much! I can never take vitamin E ever! I’m now gluten free. Even any kind of the natural multi vitamins don’t work for me. Thank you so much for this! 🌸💜✝️ (tigernut flour has 100% vit E!) it’s a tuber vegetable and is safe.😁😁😁

I’ve been trying to find soy free! Bare Minerals is soy free? I thought they were not. I have never tried them so i am not sure if id have a reaction from them

Hope this video can help give you a started on what’s safe for your skin, at the end of the video I listed the ones I use and don’t react to! They actually have soy free makeup, just be careful with the lipstick and mascara as they tend to not be! Even so, I still double check each product on skin safe website.

Hi Rosy! I’m glad you found it helpful! It’s been a process collecting all the data, it has taken a few months to get confirmations, check formulas, etc. I’m pretty sure there are more brands, but I checked the ones sold in common makeup stores, so a little over 400! Others never got back to me, so I didn’t include them here!

Sometimes it does!! So for the brands I mentioned in this video I reached out to the companies to check the ingredients, as it can be obtained from other sources, like coconut oil.

Also, the brands I use for my everyday look I haven’t had any issues all safe! Hope the list, the websites, and the products I use help you a lot! Definitely easier than starting on your own to figure out what works and what doesn’t

When you detox from soy and wheat have you noticed that you may gain weight?

I did, but mine hasn’t fluctuated. I was really skinny, not healthy I looked like a walking skeleton my body was having a hard time absorbing nutrients. Once I cleaned myself from allergens, I started to absorb nutrients and gained healthy weight. Now I stay at the same! How has it been for you?
