Bhai kuch fiber reach foods bataye ho easily available aur khaye ja sake. Protein intake k chakkar m kafi gas ho rhi he Note I am already including salad in my meal (onion, kheera, etc)

Bhai kheera pahle kha lo khane ke sath nahi, tomato,cabbage aur beetroot kha sakte ho. Otherwise best fiber source fruits kha sakte ho daily fiber intake Mai fruits se maintain karta hu papita, peru, aaple, watermelon. Otherwise salad khane se pahle consume karlo badme khana Khao aur ha pani thik rakho gas nahi hongi
