Tks sir ji sharing and showing ,making such valuable informative videos. One thing I suggest you should show atleast 20 min program so we can get more sufficient and stick to one place of videos. So many youtuber making so much videos but they r totally commercial based videos and that is not good for our innocent, uneducated people atlast they will come to problem then they go hospital. Thanks for sharing 👍.

I am a punjabi my father used to say "jitni bhookh usse ek roti kam khao" We have these things in our culture but perhaps we couldn't write or convey the way foreigners could. Kam khao, nam khao aur gam khao.

Eat dinner at 9pm and sleep at 9:01pm.......................even dumb people know that we should eat atleast 3 hours before sleep. Ranveer, i can't believe she is on your show.

unhone esa kab kaha ki khate hi so jao??? she just said that you should fast for atleast 12 hours from 9pm to 9 am.... ab tumhe jab sona ho tum soye bas 12 ghante ki fasting kar lo

Mam ,pl read AYURVEDA ,it's great base for eating healthy habits with every season,with age and life style. 80% eating is highlighted in ayurvedic book .. Sorry but we Indian don't value our culture
