Based on taste, I like Live It Up the best! It tastes great mixed with just water alone, which is helpful for me to be most consistent with it. I also like that Live It Up does not have synthetic vitamins and minerals added to it, only those that naturally occur in the fruits and vegetables, since I already get my vitamins from a multi-vitamin and I don't like to double up! I also thought that Your Super was a nice option for those wanting only greens with no additional enzymes or probiotics as everyone's health needs vary. I also was impressed by the Garden of Life greens powder!

This is my first time trying out green powders in hopes to better my health because I havent been eating vegetables. I have bought the Live it Up and I initially mixed it with oatmilk and it tasted great. Then I mixed it with water alone with crushed iced, and it tasted heathier and better. It is naturally sweet on its own. I am considering trying out the Garden of Life, but based on reviews, they said it tastes just as it looks, and needs to be mixed with other things to mask its natural flavor. So im gonna stick to Live it Up for now until I’m ready for Garden of Life. 🙈

I was surprised with how well Live It Up tasted too! I'm not new to greens powders or healthy supplements and so I'm pretty comfortable with "earthy" flavors ha. But it's nice that Live It Up actually tastes good!

Is it really not good to continue relying only on vegetarian food? Did you understand that I only eat vegetarian food? Is it harmful? Is it necessary to eat plants and animals? The second question is very important. I have gout. Staying away from meat has not helped. Sometimes I eat meat. Nothing happens to me, but if I just eat simple fruit and healthy bread for a long time, will I recover? I want to be sure. Can I control it forever for six months or a year? Eating is 100% healthy.

Megan, i use Live It Up (formerly Enso), a friend recommended it almost a year ago. I like the taste, to me it's kind of a minty taste! It's been my go to. My questions is how well are these super greens in general for the body to nutrient absorption it? I have a few friends who solely use super greens and a multivitamin, because they don't like veggies and they don't have to worry about having to buy them as part of their groceries, as well as not having to worry about getting enough of numerous different veggies to get the nutrient benefits out of it based on all the RDA's. A viable nutrition plan?

Hi! I would not use a greens powder as a replacement for eating vegetables. Fruits and vegetables in their whole form provide so many benefits from hydration, fiber and more that support our gut health, microbial diversity in the gut and health overall. A greens powder is a great addition to to fill in nutritional gaps and add additional nutrients to our diet that we may have a hard time getting from food consistently. However, as an RDN I still recommend eating your veggies even if you add in a greens powder!

Too much probiotics can cause brain fog so how can you avoid that if all these greens consist of probiotics and how much of these green powders are you supposed to take on a weekly basis?

Taste is such a personal preference so that is understandable if a powder that has sweetness if not what you prefer!
