I just started the blood builder a few days ago. Not for hair tho. To actually build my blood, and let me tell y'all that it's working bcuz after the first pill it gave me the energy to work out and push through when I normally get bouts of low energy and skips exercise. Like for example -- yesterday I did a 60 minute jump on my mini trampoline being a beginner and just started rebounding a few days ago. I started off at 5 min a day, and then 10 a day last week, and just sprang to 1 hour after taking the blood builder vitamin and geritol. I'm taking other stuff for my thinning hair and alopecia. Like pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto n stuff. And for the marine nutrients, I eat sardines every day, so I don't have to take a marine vitamin.

Also, just so you know...Which ever vitamin that you chose, if effective, you will experience growth of hair not only on your scalp, but EVERYWHERE and not just on your scalp 😅 !!!.... I look like wooly mammoth. My arm hair, leg hair, eyebrows, lady bits... I'm literally sprouting out hair all over. My hair on my head is luscious and I obtained my hair vitamins from a dermatologist. My hair hardly sheds now... 🙂 And my brows are so thick that someone asked if they were microbladed... No, they are not... My brows are so dark, however they are 100% natural... I couldn't stop touching them... I was shocked and shooketh 🤯!

Master cosmetologist here-Listen!!! Nutrafol is that girl!!!! Definitely works and worth the price if you ask me! I am dealing with hairloss because im #1-postpartum after a 2nd trimester miscarriage and lost alot of blood and had to get an iron infusion because my henoglobin dropped from 11-8🥺😢, #2 on a blood thinner due to a massive pulmonary embolism discovered early in my pregnant #3 low vitamin D levels #4 that PCOS heaux….so my body is like WTF!!!! The only reason im not experiencing hella shedding is because of Nutrafol…i take most of what you mentions so my hair is filling in, however, its taking longer because of all the above with the blood thinner and miscarriage…yea, i almost died and list my son BUT GOD!!!!! Thank you Jesus!!!! I do wanna clarify the Vitamin D fact you mentioned…alternative to growing more hair follicles, would you say that its effect is more related to minaturization of said hair follicles? I dont think you can grow more hair follicles as that is predetermined by genetics, but re-thickening the actual hair growing from said follicle is possible. Especially because it’s clear and evident you put all your faith in Christ !!! Nutrafol is definitely that girl … she’s expensive so I have a love hate relationship but Chile I ration it in my budget because it works ! As for Vitamin D and follicle proliferation you are definitely correct that genetics play a factor but it’s not the only thing that does and vitamin D can definitely impact and trigger follicle proliferation. So can nutrition your overall health and treatments like minoxidil etc. so yeah girl you can improve the density of your hair. Genetics will def humble you lol but you can improve your results from baseline

Hey Tammy, I think it could work but honestly it doesn’t have medicinal benefits. If you’re healthy with no underlying conditions or transient hair loss then it could help support your hair growth cycle but if you’re dealing with actual hair loss; fenugreek water will not help. So my hair has been thinning and shedding like hell for years and I always complained to my doctor and they were always like no you’re fine you have a lot of hair. And yes I DID have a lot of hair and so my doctor never listened. Well anyway finally 😣 it got to a point where they were like wow yes your hair IS falling out let’s order some blood work turns out I was vitamin D deficient. My hair loss had to get SEVERE for them to pay attention to me. Also I had to see a different dermatologist than before. Some doctors just don’t care. I mourn the beautiful thick head of hair I had once upon a time. Anyway new derm recommended I supplement vitamin D and she recommended I try Nutrafol. I don’t know if it’s the vitamin D and/or the Nutrafol maybe it’s both but it took about a month to notice significantly less shedding, it is much improved and now about a month and a half to see little hairs sprouting up. I am excited and grateful to finally have improvement. Get your blood work but make sure to ask for more than the routine blood work. I have had two kids and a world of blood work done but they never ordered anything other than routine, no thyroid, no vitamin d or b12, you have to ask for the extra stuff. Good luck people. Also if you take vitamin d, get some K2 for improved absorption.

The same thing happened to me. The doctors (plural )ignored my complaints. Because I’m a woman going through menopause. So in their mind it’s normal but not in clumps! Same thing my hair was long and beautiful for my age so they ignored. I finally figured out I had food allergies that I never knew I had. It basically made my body and my guts so inflamed that I was malnourished. Vitamins and food wasn’t getting absorbed anymore. I will add people get a food allergy test after a blood test.

Hey love my recommendation is that you see a dermatologist to rule out hair loss because if you continue to shed or break without medical intervention; you can’t get that hair back. They accept most insurances and can give you a biopsy for a real diagnosis. You Can take prenatal pills but because you are menopausal they may recommend a birth control pill to balance your hormones and increase your estrogen. So see a doctor for a hormone panel cbc and rule out anything underlying if it’s menopause it’s mostly hormonal and there are way better ways to treat. Orange juice is loaded with sugar I don’t see the benefit

Try to find someone in ya area that offers PRP hair treatment,they draw ya blood and separate the plasma and insert the plasma in ya scalp to regrow ya hair…It can be expensive…I drive from Baltimore to Va,which is a hour drive for treatment and had my 2nd one day…Can’t say it’s working yet but results I’ve seen from others is giving me faith,it’ll help my traction alopecia….Treatment in Baltimore cost $1500-550per treatment and I pay $200 in Va

@@charmaineglover4910 I think it was the stress that was making my hair fall out. I would wash it and strands of hair were falling out. That is expensive for that treatment. It seems like everything now days is expensive. I did get my ends cut and that made my hair even shorter lol. I guess my hair was damaged. I’m gonna hope and pray it grows back. I have braids in my hair now. I never had really short hair before lol. I hope the treatment works well for you

My question and my biggest problem is my edges! U know they say we have no edges and no walls but still got my walls 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣. Seriously tho they are thin BUT they are better and y i ordered the 2 Nutrafol products and viviscal for another month. I have tried the dermarolling but have never been consistent. Do u think your product will help. I just want mine to look like yours!

not really. based on their results page, it looks like the longest time you'll need to stay on it to see more than decent results is about a year, so I'm planning on only doing it for a year then going back to my multivitamin, complement

It has decent studies but not enough for hair growth I would use Vivisical , Minoxidil or the hairscripts serums instead to do the same
