Love these routine type videos! I would love to see a video showing one full week of your hair - your full routines, what you do on each day, etc. One thing that I do for a nice day two is I apply a good silicone-free oil blend to my hair before bed. For me, it absorbs better overnight. I always wake up with it feeling super soft and nourished ❤

Love this video. I think I am getting the Hot Tools device. I too have long highlighted hair and sometimes have a problem turning my ends under. May even consider the Velcro rollers. One of my fave KZbinrs. Always interesting content. Thank you.

@@heidiguttenberg Strange enough I have a travel size of the Fluidissime I forgot about. I will use that. Somewhere I have an Oribe heat protectant crème I can’t find. Not as fond of crème’s. I normally use Pureology 21 benefits color fanatic spray which I love. It detangles and has heat protection but I wasn’t sure if it was enough for a hot tool. Really good though. Another suggestion. If you want to watch another great KZbinr who does about 75% hair, look up Abbey Yung. She has great hair and is fantastic. She does lots of research too. Today she put out a video on the Olaplex lawsuits. She doesn’t use it not because of that , but because she prefers K18. I still like Olaplex when I feel like going through all the steps, but I use K18 too. Thanks again❤️

Ouch! Your poor hair. Oil will actually increase the damage from hot tools. You need a dedicated heat protection spray. They really work. Put the oil on after the heat.

Actually that is not correct. Both oils Heidi mentioned are silicone-based, which means they serve as great heat protectants
