Not the direction I expected that story to go, but it's a good one! Also, the Sharsha might not be quite as frightening to the humans as you might think, at least not all humans. Familiarity tends to temper fear by minimising that Unknown factor. To that end, the Sharsha could easily become formerly misunderstood friends to humanity.
