Tone It Up This workout was awesommmmme! Thanks so much for keeping it fun while we tone. Sometimes I get bored and mentally that's the hardest part so thanks for this :) Is it possible to do a HIIT that won't make my downstairs neighbors want to kill me? :-/ haha, i'm thinking there are other apartment #tiusisters that are in the same boat!

I did this for the fist time in like June 2015, and now in March 2016! I'm loving it!! I can do the whole thing without even stopping!!! Before I could do like 5 jump squats, now I can do it for a straight whole minute!!!! So I really have to thank you girls for all the challenges!! THEY MAKE ME STRONGER!!!!

I love this workout! I come back to it often. I modify some of the moves and add extra rest time when needed. The jump squats and burpee/jump tucks kill me every time!

I woke up at 2am and saw that you posted the workout and was able to get right out of bed at 5 for my bootycall. This workout is AMAZING!! I'm still sweating and shaking. A minute has never felt longer. What an excellent way to start the day. xoxoxoxo A

I have MS and I got to the jump squat burpee and thought lol (know your own body and with my illness I'll just do jump squats again.) My jump squats barely lift the ground. I lasted 16 minutes and called it quits. I'm proud of me. Never stop trying to get stronger is my goal! I feel good though.

I started doing this two weeks ago. I could't finish, especially the jump tucks. I've never sweated so much and felt my body work so hard. I'm glad to say I was able to finish the jump tucks (not at the same speed as Katrina), but I finished and I feel so much stronger!

Holy Crap. I did not expect this to be as challenging as it was! I literally could not complete the full 60 seconds for some of the moves (i.e. the burpee) but I still finished the entire workout! New goal for me: be able to complete the full 60 seconds for each move! Thanks Karena and Katrina!! xo

Holy guacamole, Karena & Katrina!! I'm literally dripping sweat after the Hitty Bitty Bikini Workout! Wasn't able to do every move for the full 60 seconds, but this workout is saved in my favourites and I'm going to keep doing it until I can! Thanks for being such awesome trainers! Color me impressed with this HIIT!! Distance running has been my preferred exercise for years but I developed an injury this summer and I was looking for an alternate workout. I stumbled your channel and have been doing your workouts almost daily! Even though I was doing fast-ish 5-mile runs before I started these, I break a serious sweat during the HIITs. This one is the most challenging in my option. That jump-tuck/ burpee move is a killer! I also bought some of your protein powder after seeing the stellar reviews it got. Glad you offer vegan options!! :-)

When I did the HiityBittyWorkout the first time during the #bikiniseries I thought it was so hard and struggled to get through, I do this one at least once a week now and absolutely LOVE it! holy cow! I just did this workout for the first time. I couldn't keep up, bet then again I haven't been working out for a long time. Need to keep my motivation going. I didn't do solid 30 seconds on every move but did my best and kept jumping back in. Definitely sweating and breathing heavy. thank you!

This is by FAR the best HIIT routine I have seen from you guys yet! So much fun and so challenging. Can't wait to see more! Just wondering, are there going to be anymore HIIT treadmill routines like there were in the bikini and love your body series in the past? Holy holy cow I struggled through this and didn't do so well on so of the moves but I tried and kept going. I love how fast and furious this is. I feel like with HIIT you really get the most bang for your buck. Do you have other HIIT videos?
