I'm forgotten to copy completely but my first season of leeks as a gardener and the soup was based on your teaching thank you for that.Myself I found it delicious and definitely will eat the other 2 bowls tomorrow unless my wife grabs some quickly and she also likes it She often have a hard time saying my trial sample as good but I believe she does. I had just bought a hand blender. I had to make a wall mount holder for it and it also holding the extra cord keeps things tidy. Your blender was cheaper than what I got. Yes I'll be subscribed now

@@SarasBites Braun hand blender and I didn't want to buy the cheapest of anything on Amazon Prime as prices sale products and anything I bought as the lowest price is usually pure junk it seems as much thought. . After my wife said don't stick the blender into our non stick pan I poured soup into a bowl and the blender was with only a little swirl and I believe I should have left it a little thicker. At bedtime I had a half a bowl again finding it delicious definitely will be making more within this week and trying to copy your good instructions closer. Thanks

Why cut off any part of them?!! Just wash the dirt out of them and use the lot! Boil them for as long as necessary, with a lid on to avoid wasting gas/electricity. Don’t waste food.
