@ there’s a totem (I’m pretty sure you start with it) that teleports you to shrines. Spellbinder you get from the fire rings guy- there’s plenty of guides on getting it.

I found a super easy way to beat the end boss stage following your timing tips. I didn’t use immobilization, pluck of many, rock solid/ cloud spells. I used wight smash early on and red tides to finishing him off. I leveled up my staff to at least 2 focus points (I did it with 2) And just dodged his attacks, when he starts to walk around and talk shit - I would sprint while charging (or whenever I could) and then smash him. I would then proceed to combo him as much as possible before he starts to light up. Rinse and repeat. Took maybe 3-4 minutes 1st try on this technique. I did use tiger pellets, stamina and health bar enhancements. One cool thing which I have tested 5 times, he has not once turns gold if you constantly heavy attack him. I’m level 69 fwiw.

Just use the spellbinder. I swear this is easier than chapter 1 and 2 final boss. Make sure to allocate spirits to spellbinder and max it out. Just spam light attacks, and when he is turning gold, just charge your heavy and hit him. It should immediately stagger him.

This might be the worst design for a boss fight i have ever experienced in my time gaming. A three part boss fight with another three part variant in the last part of the intial fight but the guy can also go invunerable with 2 unskippable cutscenes that FORCE you to take damage and use your gourd... My only advice is that wondering wight fully upgraded will break his gold form immediately, do it at the start when he turns gold the first time, immobilize him, then summon clones to get at least half his health. I could always get him to the last phase but would always run out out mana with one gold form left. Just easy pickings after that for him cause you have to spend 2 minutes which every gamer knows is an eternity just trying to break that gold form. It takes at least 2 shots with 3 focus points built up to do it. 😅 Any gamer with the "just get good" advice can eat a dick cause at this point you just have to have a lucky run.

from my experience after the second cutscene do NOT use immobilization because it’ll let him turn back into gold and you have to keep tapping at him so use anything but immobilization after the second cutscenes

Hello Elbethium. Just wanted to say a huge Thank you !! For all your guides. I would have quit in chapter 1 i think if it wasnt for you. And that have would been a waste, i really enjoy this game a lot. Its such an amazing one, Hard but addicting and rewarding when you finally get that last hit in on a boss you have used 50+ tries on. I havent played any of the souls games before. So i would compare it only to God of war, and maybe a bit Rise of the Ronin, Ghost of thushima weapon , and healing system. I and have now finally just started chapter 4.I took all the secret bosses in chapter 1 and 3, i think i maybe have some left in chapter 2. The way i did yellowbrow was i filled up the spellbinder, and smash stance, at the start i rushed in hurt him what i could with light attacks and then went behind him charged up a heavy attack, broke his gold sheild and then cut scene comes , then healed up stayed away dodging and just went agressive on him. i think i only healed 1 or 2 times. But again i much appreicate all your hard works on these guides. Regards Roy.

In the 3rd phase, when you use pluck of many and he takes control of them, the windtamer straight away removes his spell and they go back to attacking him. Freeze, pluck of many, windtamer, and wandering wite in this sequence can sometimes get him to half health

I have a easy solution just reignite all the sparks and put them in mana side and in smash stances and max your cloud step till the end then first charge your full attack then attack him then cloud step and charge your attack then again do this you cns use wandering wight too if you want then in second form use imbolize he will thrn gold with ut but charge you full attack while running then again attack it will break then full light attack and use cloud step again then charge again repeat this process and when in third form when he uses attack at 6:07 just use wind tamer vessel on him to save your time then again immobilize and charge attack then light attack you can also use cloud step after this if its still alive have transformation too

Yo guys I spent 3 days trying to beat this dude and I finally figured it out. Firstly you need to get the "Spell-binder" from the traveller. There are tons of videos telling you how to do it. Secondly and this is the most important thing. DODGE, DODGE AND MORE DODGE. DO NOT DRINK FROM YOUR GOURD EVEN IF YOUR HEALTH IS LOW BEFORE THE CUTSCENE. No matter how low your health is, it will revert back to a fixed point after the Golden Brow Buddhas second cutscene. Save everything in your gourd for after the 3rd cutscene after he throws you to the bid/eagle thingie and your health is very low. Definitely one of the more annoying bosses. I finally got through today. Hope this helped.

Took my 3 tries only thing that caught me off guard was his chain combo where the ball tracked you at certain times, when the circle sprung up I stunned him outta gold mode so gave me time to recover and attack. Sorta surprised to see a lot of people having trouble with this dude. I had more trouble with the blind monks and their aoe punches 😅

Can I add an absolute power play move. When he puts you in his magical shock ring, use ring of fire. This will heal you, and get your focus up. Hold L2 (ps5) to deflect projectiles. Then race in and punch him with a full focus. Game changer.

You cannot get out of the electric circle but you can use L2 to parry the projectiles, but don't get to close to the edge of circle, it could stop the parry and stun you for a few seconds.

5:17 Just press the jump button and you can hop out the circle. Also as soon as he waves his weapon in the air you can jump and you'll avoid being placed in the electric circle when it spawns. You'll have to time it right tho.

This boss was annoying but i realized it didn't really take any special tricks to beat , you just need to die alot until you memorize his every move set and the dodge timing try to take almost no damage for the first half and use your transform early so you can get it twice. Pop a damage buff and defense buff only after you are sure this is the run meaning you've done a good job dodging for first half. Really just reps

I found an easier way, when you first go in run, charge until the 3 pills are full, and when he appears hit him. Then hit him with the Head butt guy after that freeze him. Also Make sure to fully upgrade your staff spin before going to the boss, because once you freeze only use the staff spin to not only build your 3 pills but regain your head but guy. The boss will go gold hit him with the heavy staff and he will come out of the gold and get stun. You can then use freeze and hopefully use the head butt guy, if not just use spin until you rebuild the head butt guy and 3 pills again. At this point he will go to 2nd phase. You and freeze him in 2nd and 3rd phase once you hit him in golf with the full pill bars. You can't use clone while he is gold because he will turn your clones against you. I did not use clones to beat him.

The cut scene is what kills me. It is so annoying. However, I finally defeated him after 3 hours. Lol. One trick work for me anytime I use the "pluck of many" spell, I get a couple hits in and use the "wind tamer" quickly to prevent him from turning them against me. A neat little trick. When he is charging up, that is a perfect time to fully charge your heavy attack with all your focus points and hit him. He will fall down and you can get a couple shots in and run away again. Patience it out to regenerate your abilities and go at him again.

Yin Tiger is a beast of a fight. The hardest boss I've encountered the whole game thus far. But only because he tends to be a bit unpredictable sometimes, it seems. Even Yellowbrow, who is kicking my ass even with this guide, isn't as hard as Yin Tiger. I can get Yellowbrow down to a quarter of his health left regularly. I can barely scratch Yin Tiger before he merks me.

Spellbinder cheeses him. Worth the effort to get that spell. Once you have it, cast it at the beginning and then simply stay alive and dodge damage but do as much as you can. Heal up as soon as you get out of the cinematic. Took me 2 tries after using spellbinder.

Don't use immobilise and pluck of monkey on this boss in 2nd phase and it will be way easier to defeat him. Immobilise allows him turn into golden way more that normal and while pluck of monkey it would hypnotise your clones to attack you.

My advice for this boss is just use Rock Solid as often as you can, forget about every other spells. Because he have so many long combos that is really hard to consistently dodge and can put you into Shocked State, potentially knock you out. But if you time Rock Solid right in the first moves of his combos, his whole moveset will be cancelled and you just saved yourself a headache of memorizing everything he throw at you. Rock Solid doesn't cost much Mana and the cooldown is fast too.
