It s a south Indian dish.. it's very popular in Karnataka.. in most of the hotel in Karnataka idly is made with rava..not the north indian style.. anyway love all your videos

Rava is not healthier flour so it is not healthier than dhokla there is no need of sugar in dhokla people use sugar to get it fermented.
