1. Did anyone notice that he was using black pepper instead of red chilly powder in all his recipes? A much healthier and tastier option. 2. He invariably uses clay pot to cook food. 3. He uses rock salt instead of sea salt. 4. He quickly consumes the food while it is still hot. 5. Instead of red chilly, he uses green chilly. 6. He tries his best to use whole pulses and whole grains like whole moong , brown rice. No wonder, he is so fit and energetic. Vivek, u rock....

@anupamyadav5038 you are so right 😇he is on the money! I'm unsure if all will suit my Vata body and gluten/dairy sensitive system... is Tomato fine for Vata types? My real question is do you happen top know what happens to unused tomato, onion, soaked lentils etc and ginger??? I sense these will be thrown away but that can't be sustainable namely ginger and legumes. Any input?

I love how he admires his own cooking at the end by shaking his head, giving a thumbs up or making those "mmmmhhhmm" facial expressions.Ha ha. Seriously, love this guy. *Loved it.* *You give practically possible dishes,* while others say same creepy dishes which you will not be able to have. *BTW, my routine for dinner is ;* Monday : Dal roti sabji Tuesday : Fast (fruits, milk, etc) Wednesday : khichdi Thursday : Roti and watery sabji Friday : Dahi, paratha, pulav Saturday : Dal, roti, sabji Sunday : something special *Am I doing right for maintaining just a fit body* (not 6 packs but few muscles)

Simple carbs u r adding with Palak .. it's always better to avoid simple carbs. So nutrition wise am just adding carbs to body. Second the cooking separate is something I thought for a reason which I can't recall now.

Thank you Fittuber. The recipes for breakfast lunch and dinner are awesome and healthy. I have been struggling with time and want to have healthy home made food. I have now tried 2 from each. And I must say it is yummy and super fast to make, wholesome. My husband just loved palak paneer pulav the moment he took a bite. I just add a salad with meals. My stomach burning is reduced. Your simple yet yummy healthy whole recipes are worth being on a media like tv news. I wish this happens. Stay blessed.

Bro you are so helpful ❤️❤️. I already started drinking your suggested ashwanghadha. It's so tasty with jaggery and elaichi in it. After I stopped using the white sugar, now I feel like jaggery is better than white sugar in terms of taste. You are really helping good people who want to live healthy life. The only main problem in India which concerns me the most is bad air quality and drinking water full of chemicals. Chemicals which are very hard to remove from water. Please do make video on this if possible.

Back acne is a sign that your gut (stomach) or hormones are out of balance. I have suffered from back acne and following lifestyle changes helped. 1st Get rid of Bananas from your diet. Drink at least 2 glasses of warm water 1st thing in the morning. Add oats to your breakfast. Massage your tummy clockwise with warm oil before going to bed and put a warm wheat bag on it after massage. Reduce intake of beverages (tea and coffee) and packaged foods . Drink lots of water. Avoid any hormone related pills (including any birth control pills). Have your meals on time (dinner being the lightest meal of the day). Optional: Drink mint tea or turmeric milk before going to bed. Accupuncture also helped in my case but consult your doctor for it. Most importantly, be happy and avoid stress in life. God bless! 🙏

Just a reminder regarding the first dish - 1) Though spinach is a good source of iron (along with other nutrients), the calcium in paneer prevents our body to absorb the iron. 2) Spinach contains oxalate. It combines with calcium and forms calcium oxalate, which our body cannot absorb. Hence, the calcium in paneer is not of much use. Alternative combinations : Spinach - Spinach with radish (mooli) Spinach paratha Spinach with pulses (Dal) Paneer : Paneer with capsicum and/or green peas Paneer stuffed paratha. Paneer roll.

@@otakuxgirl6 Spinach, of course is good for our health. It is a rich source of iron. But, spinach cooked with a calcium containing food must be avoided. Because then it prevents our body to absorb the iron from that food, that is, spinach. How does it happen I've explained it already earlier. That's why some alternative combinations have been suggested, to keep its nutrient value intact. Check my previous comment! Hope it's clear now🙂

I soak everything dish in water as soon as I'm done cooking in it. After a long soak wash it and heat the vessel up again because it has a chance of getting fungus. If you use them regularly you dont have to worry so much.
