I truly enjoy your videos from start to finish. Your faith in God and love of family is inspiring and you are just a beautiful person. I haven’t made liver in years but now I’m craving it. A neighbor shared that she soaks her liver in milk to ease the taste for people who aren’t quite fans of it. My children liked it when I mixed Lipton onion soup and a bottle of chili sauce. I’d coat it in flour s & p and brown it, then put a cover on it and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. I served it with sautéed onions and bacon for anyone who liked that too. Because I’m now glutenfree I coat my meats as well as my fish in Zatarans fish fry coating where I’ve added additional corn starch. It’s really good. My happy Pioneer Woman item is the 3 cup chopper. Unlike other brands hers has a glass bowl and I find her things to be really well thought out like the container snapped onto the grater. LOL, same here and out of nowhere I had a crave for liver and onions! I have heard of soaking it in milk, but I have never tried it. Oh, yes, the lipton onion mix gives it a good flavor, I have done that, too! Yes, I think we have the same on top of the stove method, so good! Oh, interesting, I will have to try the Zataran's fish fry on other meats, I have some in my cupboard. Great idea! Thank you for the tip! Yes, I have to agree, her items are well thought out. It looks delicious but I must never had liver and onions prepared well. I have never liked it but yours looks so good to me. I love your hair. How long have you had it like that. It is so cute on you! Great Pioneer Haul. Since October 30, 2020, I have been on a 1200 calorie diet. I have lost 44lbs. I have not been the best lately especially on the weekends so I have slowed. I need to lose about 40 more though. You will make it! We have a new doctor at Kaiser too. I agree about self care spiritually. Taking care of myself in the Lord is most important.
