amazing looking food, but also a great little story about going to japan. I always wanted to travel to japan but i figured it would be impossible with celiac disease, really cool to know you found some reliably gluten free food there. thanks for the video!

Thank you so much! I am going to try this. I have coeliac disease and a number of other dietary restrictions and I love Japanese food.

I've made this delicious recipe using ghee for roux, dark raw clover honey (or Molasses for its high iron content and deep flavor) and Bragg's Aminos instead if soy sauce. Its super comforting, savory and delicious. Adding meaty mushrooms or soaked (abd squeezed out) canned jackfruit gives it a new twist. Make it at least once a week. Great for my budget too!

Thank you so much for this video! My boyfriend is half Japanese and hasn't really been able to have curry since his diagnosis. This is perfect, I can't wait to make this next week for him!

My experience in coco was not so good, the curry was served in reheated foil pouches. Try Moyan Curry instead, their original recipe is gluten free!

THIS IS NOT GLUTEN FREE!!! Flour, soya sauce, curry powder and maybe more things in this video have gluten! You have to specify to people to buy special versions of that products, because lot of people maybe don't know about soya sauce and curry powder having always gluten in their natural form. 😢
