For the entire recipe yielding 1 1/2 cups of hummus:
Calories - 767

Ingredient:
Ground Lupin - 1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup + approx 1/4 cup, divided
Himalayan Pink Salt - 1/2 tsp or to taste
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp or to taste
Tahini - 2 Tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 3 Tbsp plus additional for garnishing
Garlic - 1 clove
Paprika - for garnishing
Method:
1. In a microwave safe bowl, add Lupin, Salt and 1 cup Water. Microwave for 3 minutes.
2. Add cooked Lupin to a blender jar along with Cumin Powder, Lemon Juice, Tahini, Olive Oil, Garlic and few tablespoons of water.
3. Grind to a smooth paste, adding additional water if needed to help grind.
4. Spread hummus on a platter and drizzle Olive Oil and sprinkle paprika on top.
