Best Kisser Button & it's FREE

Not the best video but just wanted to share this quick tip. I did get the kisser button down to where I like it after I cut the video off.

tip ======= always melt not burn para-cord type string ,and because it really soft and not melting because of fire ,use your finger to gently mix fibers together in a round configuration ,i make all type of things with para- cord and i notice how neat they look and they are rounded not hard pointed jagged ends

Take it to a shop then and let them do it if your scare too.. don't use a torch style lighter. And fray the ends before you burn it will burn way easier. I'm definitely going to try this

Just did it. Make sure you don't spin it the wrong way because you will unwind the string serving if it's tied too tight. I served mine in place after tying the knot a little looser the second time. I'm happy with the end result. Light, but bulky enough to feel through my beard.

Very cool! Glad someone else is trying an idea I came up with & liking it. I now have a very thick beard as well & can still feel it. It really works good in my opinion.

@@thedeercamp I'm always searching for new ways of doing things. I've always did my own bow tuning, too. I never really liked using the standard kisser button, because they seemed to not be made big enough to fit over the serving, as in once it's over the serving, the diameter was too big for the brass nock to fit.

i would like to recommend that you should try a nose button -it just touches the tip of your nose-much more accurate and could be made the same way you did it with the d loop string -and it aligns your eye better to the string-try it -I was impressed at the difference

I actually have switched to the nose button since this. I do prefer the nose button. But this is still a quick & easy option for someone who doesn’t have either.

Good way to fix up your center serving. Just tie it where it needs to be.

Lol I've done this multiple times and never messed up my center serving. You can tie it where it needs to be but it won't be as tight and is likely to move up and down. Could probably tie it in with some serving material as well. But this works fine. Thanks.

That's fair lol. But I guess we can both agree a flame has been near your string already. A better way to do this would be to have the bow pointing towards the ground, then the flame would be going up and away from the string. I just did it this way for the purpose of trying to record this video.

I made a video on how to do this as a nose button. Instead of just tying around the string I tie it through the string that way it never slides up and down. Works great.
