IMO HDFC Large Midcap fund could be a good choice as they hold 190 stocks. The fund will be consistent. Most people ignore looking at it's 10 year returns but back then it was HDFC Top 100 fund and got reclassified as HDFC Large midcap

All funds are good and best performers in their respective category. Diversification is also appropriate. However as you said you follow aggressive investing style for high returns than I suggest to invest in concentrated portfolio. Max 2-3 funds are sufficient.
