I think there are reasons why very few became competitive in more than one sport. First, even if you have the potential, you need to give it everything that you've got. Beyond that, people get older and they usually don't want to admit that things get tougher as they get older. I would say possible but not likely that will get big in bodybuilding. You would need to give it your all, and your all is now more than it was when you were younger. Good luck with it.

When you worked with Cutler it felt like you were doing it for the clout rather than the learning experience, not saying that it was true just how it felt. Amongst all the fitness vids and comments I see the thing that stands out the most is you dont need to bulk, which I would agree with. You dont need a mass gain phase it seems like this will make it almost impossible for you to be stage ready by your set time. Thanks for your content always interesting to see what you guys do.

What I like doing with leg extensions for those willing to try something new: - fully stretch the leg, hold at the top for around a second and drop back down as controlled as you can - start with one or two warmup sets depending on how heavy you want to go - your first working set, go until failure and drop the weight to half of what you did, and go to failure again - your second and third set, do the same but after achieving failure for the second time, drop the weight to half again i can garanty you youll never have a quad pump as insane ever again after this, enjoy :-)

I developed Patellar Tendonitis fairly quickly into my deadlifting program (about three years in), at this point I've figured out I can do one leg workout every week (once every seven days) and the pain doesn't seem to be coming back, but if I increase frequency even to just once every five days the pain returns. Tendon recovery just requires a lot of rest days inbetween workouts.

Easy way to decrease the soreness after workouts is to take a bunch of vitamin E (like 6-8 gellcaps) and Carnitine as both will reduce the lactic acid buildup and help cycle it to the liver faster. This works excellently for long distance runners as well and has some studies to reinforce the idea.
