@Master Marc Subliminals from my understanding was the contracted companies wanted time to make it more condensed to appeal to newer fans of strongman. Honestly I would love both a live stream and the director cut with the added commentary. They don’t want ppl that watch the livestream to buy buy the show when they do all the editing. But I don’t think they would lose viewers

@MattManProductions2 жыл бұрын
Honestly, it really doesn't matter what side the plate faces. It doesn't change the weight or anything, how ever. The plate facing in does allow you to grab the rim of the plate with your finger tips and your palms and thumb braces the back of the plate, so if you want to make it harder for yourself then place them having out.

I face the plates with numbers 'in' because they are easier to grip/load/unload that way. I mostly use my fingers to grip a plate lip. I suppose if you are accustomed to using your thumb to hook the lip, then facing numbers out would make sense.

I was taught facing in, but like facing out. It is more efficient when adding or removing them, but only on the leg sled, otherwise they make too much noise
@tonycordeiro312 жыл бұрын
Proper way is plate facing in, so when removing the it your four fingers get under the end brim of plate to have more of a grip when removing. If you have the plate facing numbers out, you will be using your thumb to hold the brunt of the weight when holding the plate.
