@Eddie Hall The Beast You really need to get a bodybuilding coach that will "fix" your strongman habits and teach you the way of bodybuilding. Although these videos are nice, I can see that bodybuilding wise you are not progressing as much as you can. Diet and training are very specific in bodybuilding and especially with someone your size and muscle density a proper coach can help you maintain that size while cutting in calories.

I love how Jamie seems to take just as much time over the down section of an exercise as the up. Really practicing what he preaches with the time under tension. Such good form as well, years of practice and experience. Great to hear him talk about Ego too, gets in the way of training sometimes. Great video Eddie!!!

Eddie needs to hold at least for a brief pause at the top of lifts, and slow down on the negative - he's swinging everything nonstop and kind of dropping the weight on the negative from strongman training. Remember bodybuilding is not about just tossing the weight around, it's more about focus, control, all that. You got this brother!

It’s not about the fatigue where you have no power to lift no more, it’s about the pain from the pump and lactic acid and enduring as much as you can through the pain. That’s the difference between strength training and destroying your muscles, you need a comfortable weight where you can contract and squeeze till it burns and can still hold it and pull or push.

I really want to encourage you to seriously consider competi g at the upcoming sumo world championships. After seeing you beat those professional athlets after mere minutes of training, there is no doubt in my mind yu could win yet another world title. Your video may have been just for giggles but this could be a huge opportunity for you. Besides you'd only need to train for sumo once a week, go for it you're the man!

Eddy, control is everything. Far too many sets and reps, if you control the eccentric and slow things right down then the muscle does all of the work. Less weight slow down the concentric to a count of 3-4 seconds, use full range of motion for every rep, keep the pace intensive with about 60-80 seconds of rest between sets, you won't be able to train for 2 hours plus if you do it this way, max 45-50 minutes. You will see better gains and reduce the risk of injury training this way.

What I find interesting is the angle of a movement. For instance if you look at the latissimus dorsi they are at and angle and aid in pulling in the arms/elbows towards the spine at approximately a 45 ish degree angle. Yet "most" back exercises are very linear in direction. Front to back basically. A lat pull in would appear to be optimal?

I went to massage school and was lucky enough to have chiropractors as teachers, one urged the importance of Isometrics and after 7 months of schooling it finally clicked and I understood, Isometrics are the key to the body. You'd be a fun person to unlock their potential with, not to mention Isometrics are the healthiest/safest/most calorie indusive workout possible.
