I have been waiting for this find. I saw you're last lobster buffet but its in Universal City. I live in Palos Verdes so, while its a bit more expensive, I can avoid at least a couple of hours of traffic. I'm definitely going to treat myself and my daughters next time they're in town.

Great video as always! The next time you eat whole lobster or crab, could you show how you crack them? The one thing that makes me sad about people who frequent AYCE buffets is that they either butcher the crab and get very little out of it or they give up entirely because it's too much work. Growing up Asian, I learned very early on to break every joint of the lobster claw from the knuckles, same with crab legs before using the cracker. You don't have to work harder to get to that luscious seafood; you just have to work smarter. There's even a Chowhound tutorial online about snow crab called "you've been eating it wrong" which is very useful.

I went to Vegas for all you can eat lobster and I wa so only able to eat 3. $100/person. But I guess it's because it was not fresh or live lobster meat was tough. If Perfect storm is selling live ones, then this could be tender and I might eat 5. Cant wait to try this restaurant. I live in Southbay and didn't know about this until I saw you. At 1:22, it appears this restaurant gets its supply of cooked lobsters in a box, then puts them on the grill. I prefer to buy my lobsters swimming in a tank from an Asian grocery store and then steam them myself. No butter - just balsamic and blueberry vinegar with lots of garlic and ginger. That's freshness and all I can eat. LOL!
