Thinking an easy way to make this even easier for powering up your faction is by saving a plethora of good trait heroes in your pool for the faction you want to farm with. Then you aren't hindered by the cap of recruiting 1 of each type per turn regardless of trait for when you do down Tammy. Works in multi-player also, I often end up getting my allies sorted out with assistance earlier by pulling in some various level lords that have gathered multiple useful traits.

Yes of course, if you have a 100 Saved heroes you can just recruit them all in a single turn (once you have the increased hero cap) , that's right! I don't usually use saved heroes in my campaigns and totally forgot about that! Thanks @mace7077 for the useful comment!

@@MercytheMad Couldnt you, using that idea, just have a bunch of lords that have already gotten the defeat trait for him and just load them as well? farm him using a closer faction such as grimgor or vlad then play as ghorst or wurzag for example. I dont use the feature myself so not really sure, i usually just let myself give lords the defeat trait if ive already gotten it and wiped them out.

@@cheato1163 Yes! Once you have farmed him you can save those lords and use them in future campaigns for infinite heroes (up to the cap)

Insane for getting Warlock Engineers with Skaven! With the dlc the Empire will have 5 different heroes, that's 15 extra heroes per kill!

My gut rection is that Tomb Kings, WElf and VCoast would be the best. They struggle the most with raising their hero caps, but that sure is a journey and then some. Beastmen also seem to gain a fair bit, since they'd otherwise have to purchase up their hero limit. Come to think of it, so do Chaos Dwarfs, and they start right next door as well.

That trait will be nerfed into oblivion within a month, mark my words. That is INSANELY OP. Get the trait, save the lord, and you can always bring it it from turn 1 on new campaigns.

Khalida might be able to get to Tamurkhan fairly early by using the sea lane near Ku'gath. Also, it might be worth doing campaigns with distant factions like tomb kings where you don't increase your Lord recruit rank at all, defeat Tamurkhan with level 1 lords, and save the lords for future campaigns.

Kinda crutchy problem solution with "Tamurkhan starts half across the world from me" - Saved Lords. 1. Get to Tamurkhan. 2. Defeat him. 3. Save/Load a crapton of low-level lords (lvl. 1 is IDEAL). 3.1 Smash the maggot with low-level lords. 4. Save them again. 5. Start a new campaign. 6. Load lords with maggot's defeat trait. 6.1 Respec them. Volia - for a low price of recruitting a saved level 1/2/3 /4 lord you have +3 hero cap and +1 global recruits (especially strong with LLs, who need lots of troops FAST).

@@andreybugaenko9677 Eh, the veil between "Cheese/Exploit" and "Cheat" always seemed to be *fragile* ... My justification is: *Cheating* is direct alteration of the game by external source, while *Cheesing/Exploiting* is "using the mechanics intended *internally BY the game* in a creative way"

I think I will setup a campaign to farm his trait as Drycha, then save my characters. Woodelfs have a hard cap on heros once you own all forests. I think 20 ish

I feel like Ice Court could benefit from it quite well too, given how frustrating it is to increase the Frost Maiden cap? Having to rely on a T4/5 building for a +1 capacity for their casters is not great

I know this is insane, but I'd like to change setra starting location next to tamu, and then start a migration campaign on max diff (including sfo added diff bonus). climate adaptation mod is a must as well. although don't recommend more cheat mods. it's lore thematic as well, since setra was last seen fighting chaos I think, and was never fully found dead.

@@buttqueef9900 you can make it more crazy by forcing the player to control khemri by turn 100 or lose and anywhere between turn 100 to 125 there will be ultimate invasion from all possible nations in which when it happens, the player has to declare war on everyone with no peace treaty allowed. Imo, it'd be fun to just yell setra will never serve as you're being attacked from all directions.

I don't like hyperbole and so unlike most gamers I will only pull this word out once in a blue moon but this is it; that trait is BROKEN. As much as I like how the new content looks, as far as balance and thought-out changes can't forget these guys were the ones that nerfed dark elves and broke rampage in a way that could've been forseen with like 1 hour of testing.
