Does it have a point were the lower roller sits on top of your shoulder and bottom of base of the head, giving a stretch of the neck?

This model does not but there a couple that do. The Vivo is one and the Solis gives you a crazy stretch and extension stretch. Reach out if you want better pricing than what is listed on other sites.

No chair gives a great massage to the neck IMO. Osaki Kairos is probably the best for this, but it's a very intense chair.

I need your help Doctor... I sat in Brookstone Mach IX Massage Chair today and went to another store and sat in the Synca JP3000. I love them both. Anything under 5k I'm just not in love with. Is there anything under 5k that u think would own up to either one of these two I tried out today? If not, guess I have to spend over 7k, just don't want to lol.

I have not sat in either chair, but if you are deciding between those two chairs go with the Synca since it's made in Japan and has a great reputation. Brookstone as a brand is unstable, which means their warranties and service are unstable. I have a dual roller massage chair on sale for 7k also, and I have a Japanese made chair I that is just over 5k to get you within your budget. I just bought it and delivered it to the my house a couple days ago. I have started using it but The remote always stops at 68 signal and sounds "B" constantly when starts a little while
