You are a step above anything I've seen in a long time! New subbie here from an ad! Money well spent! From the look of it, you are living my dream. For about 20 years now, I have wanted to have a small business that offers families prepared foods such as casseroles and meatloaf. My vision was to have fridge and freezer versions depending on the need. Also available would be a salad, rolls, and a gallon of sweet tea. Life has dealt me a difficult hand, so I may never achieve this dream, but I am loving watching you pour so much passion into cooking!! Loving your channel!

Means a lot to all of us here and we are so delighted to have you a part of our Easy Freezer Meal family!! I hope to see you around.

I have found presoaking my breadcrumbs in milk makes a nice difference in the final texture. I’m going to try this recipe though it looks delicious

pretty cool... I did a lasagna run last weekend and now going to do meatloaf run this weekend... Might have to scale your recipe down to 1/2 or 1/3...

Hi thanks much for the pretty recipe 😍 👍🏻✨ I got all the other ingredients and about to try it, wish me luck ☺️ Question please, what is that other spice that you have added together with the rosemary to the grinder? 🤔

Hi Eric it's me again! I'm going to make this gorgeous meatloaf tonight 😁may I ask what kind of cream do you use? Sour cream?
@EasyFreezerMeals6 жыл бұрын
You are goin to love it!!! The cream I use is heavy whipping cream. Nothing too special. If you chose to use pork and beef be sure one is lean (doesn't matter which one) that's the secret. I can't wait to hear how yours came out!! Let me know

How do you calculate the measurements of the ingredients you use?
@EasyFreezerMeals5 жыл бұрын
For this recipe it has been a trial and error experiment. I wanted a meatloaf with the perfect texture so each time I make it I tweak it a little here and there. This recipe posted is the final version which comes out amazing!! To get a perfect meatloaf every time I weigh all my ingredients. This way it comes out the exact same way.. I hope that answers your question...

is there any calculation how much salt should be added to the meat ? e.g 2g per kilo or something like this? thank you in advance
@EasyFreezerMeals6 жыл бұрын
Great question!! I use roughly 9.5- 10 grams of salt per kilo of meat. Basically 1 teaspoon of salt per pound of meat... This recipe is on the lower side of sodium...

@@EasyFreezerMeals I will try your method next time 😁
