hey i have a question, may u can answer. How much can i increase my speed. i run a 4,9 on 40 yards. But i got a acl injury one year ago, so i was not in shape. SO here is my question, what do u think with good training which time i could run? ty sry my english isnt the best :D

I beleive up to low 4.4 high 4.5 if you work with a great speed coach. And have a proper SC coach. And have the adequate relative strength base. Elitelower body power like 36'+ vertical 9-12ft broad jump.

that young do body weight plyometrics like box.jumps and sprints up hills. your body will be able to adjust to the burst and then you can work your way into weights easier

Depends on your recovery and nutrition but no it should be good. I'm currently on this split and haven't seen any injuries over a 3 month period
