Sometimes I almost cry when Jo says “I’m proud of you”- it brings up years of the feeling of complete insecurity and self-loathing but in a good way because I feel like I’m finally working past that now that I’ve found her. Her joy is what I helping me stick to these for over a month now. Her huge smile during the shoulder shake had me feeling so overjoyed 😄

This community has been beneficial to me over the years. Whenever I have something standing in the way of me getting to the gym; I like to pop on a GWJ home workout video. I always burn at least 200-500 calories, and this is the only community that promotes the 1,200 calorie deficit in addition to regular exercise which is something I needed. Super happy I found this community back in 2022. It’s 2025, and I’m still here almost 50 pounds down. It may not seem like much but when you factor in a move to a major city, a traumatic breakup that impacted my ability to work, going back to work, and growing 2 small businesses… 50 pounds is a lot! GWJ videos and the GWJ community had a lot to do with that progress (other than Jesus of course 🙏🏾). I pray that this year the GWJ community and I will get even more effective results now that I’ve done a lot of healing from that breakup.

4 1/2 months pregnant and today I was feeling really down. Instead of crying and letting things get to me, I decided to work out with you Jo. I did the morning scripture stretch and this workout. I sat on my deck this morning, on a beautiful sunny day, feeling like i had peanut butter in my veins. Feeling so sluggish. Thinking "I can't feel like this yet another day." Remembered Jo. I did this workout mostly with my eyes closed, just dancing and moving, feeling motivated by knowing Jo and this community are out there doing it too (in spirit). I sweat a bit and can breathe more deeply and am just more connected to myself and my body. Thanks Jo and friends.

Working out at home was never something that worked for me. Until I found you! I was excited to do it every morning and made sure to give myself ME time. I started doing your workouts since august ❤ and trust me I swear by god .. NO GYM NO ANY OTHER WORKOUT has worked for me like yours my only problem was the bloating and lower tummy . Decided in October of last year that I was tired of not feeling good about myself two years postpartum, not liking how I looked in clothes and not having enough energy to keep up with my kid. I was pushing a size 12, which was the largest I'd ever been. Started doing growwithjo, just the short exercises at first, trying to get into the habit. Now, I'm healthier than I've ever been (even before my wedding!) and am a size 6 almost 4. Just found out I'm pregnant again and am committed to staying healthy this pregnancy, rather than live off milkshakes like I did my first time around! I feel so much better about myself and my energy levels are great! Didn't think I would be that person who could wake up at 6:30 am to exercise, but here I am! Feeling great.

This year has been one of the hardest years of my life. I was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer and put on numerous treatments that have destroyed my body. Jo's workouts have been one of the few things that has kept me going. I was in such a great routine, starting to see results and feeling okay (considering my health). Then, I got really sick and ended up in hospital for almost a week. This completely ruined everything I had worked so hard to build. As time has gone on, I have been getting better due to a change in my treatments. Today was the first day since I was in hospital that I have moved my body with Jo and it felt FANTASTIC! Your videos are filled with so much joy, love and light ✨️ I am excited to start my fitness journey again.

I’ve been doing these workouts for about two months now and I love them. I’m always on the go so the ones that are 20 minutes or less are amazing. And although my fibroids are keeping me from losing weight, I’m not gaining any pounds, and I can feel the difference. My energy level is different, I’m motivated and I’ve developed better sleep and eating habits. Jo you are amazing and I’m so grateful to be a part of this community

I fell off the wagon this summer but now it's time to re-tone and get back what I earned hard the 70 lb weight loss, only gained 10 total back in just under 1.5 years so not bad so I feel like it's just a summer slump, alot went on with my daughter and that is starting to clear up and back to me! It was one of the best workouts!!!! I enjoyed it a lot!!!! I'm only 18 and I've diabetes.... When I first got diagnosed, I fell in depression. I didn't ever want to move my body even if it was only for 10 minutes. But then your page was getting recommended and thought of giving it a try. It was 7..8 months prior... Since then, I've lost 12 kgs in total( I wasn’t consistent) . I'm trying my best to be the best version of me and in that journey of mine, You're the star... Thanks Jo🥰

@@vaishnavi83831 Hii! My weight definitely fluctuates as well. I only weigh myself once a month so that I avoid focusing too much on numbers. What I do know is that I am stronger in 2 months than I have been in 5 years and down a full pant size if not two. I workout 5 days a week before breakfast anywhere from 20min-45min. Not always but I try to stick to 3 of her hiit workouts and 2 dumbbell workouts. So cardio/weights/cardio/weights/cardio. My nutrition hasn't been amazing the last month but I have stuck to smaller portions. Best of wishes!

The first new workout I’ve done with Jo in the new space. Imma be honest, I miss the couch and I don’t do well with change. BUT This morning I got finished taking care of my morning priorities early and realized I had some free time before my son wakes up so I decided to do this workout. The scenery may have changed but the VIBES are the same 😂😭 Jo is great as always and her pup was still right beside her 😢 Awesome workout, went by really fast Burned 110 active calories/143 total

I happened to stumble upon your work out videos about a year ago. Was going thr real bad depression and wanted to try a simple workout video since i had not left my bed in weeks. I was out of work and down on luck. I have been doing the the work outs since then. Love the positive, motivation , and the smiles that come from them! Thank you for all that you do!

I started doing grow with Jo a few months ago and I now have a good mindset of working out, that it can be fun and effective!! I've lost about 10 pounds and I now do these videos not just to lose weight, but to do something good for myself!

I love these quick workouts especially for the morning. I wake up around 6am - 6:30am for work and I've honestly have had a hard time getting out of bed to do a workout. I've been working out on the weekends, but I've really wanted to get back into things on the weekdays so I'm glad that this video is short, for beginners, and just what I need right now!

It's worked for me. I'm super lazy to move my own body. I used to stay on bed all times and even I'm not obesity but I wanna start to do workout.
