You are confusing Street "legal" with "street car". That's two different things. I know what a street "legal" race car is, I have one. But is it a "street car"....the answer is no. Gutted interiors and role cages are not exactly a "street car". The Mines GTR is a street car with full interior, A/C, radio..etc.
