i don't know why but my g pro superlight has tracking issues with cordura mousepad (mpc 890) like a little bit of pixel skipping. I tried every other mousepad logitech g640, tiger mousepad, zowie, even wood works perfectly it just with cordura surface, I have tiger ice mouse feet installed on my Gpro superlight

How would a Artisan Otsu compare to this cordura? Would it even faster? I love how the Otsu feels with the xlite and super glide glass feet. The one downside and when I click there are sometimes small movements from the clicking pressure that may move crosshair sometimes. But tracking and movement are fantastic.

I took your advice and got the paraspeed for the my Xlite wireless with the superglides. The glide was smooth, satisfying, I finally got the fast glide I wanted without needing a glass/hard pad. I was in heaven. Then, just 3-4 weeks in, the paraspeed had started showing wear in the center, and my glass feet would drag every time it would go over one of those worn spots. I wasn’t even pressing my mouse hard, nor was I abusing it. Just using it for gaming and work, about 8-12 hours per day. Is this combo bad for longevity, or was something wrong with my unit?

Hmmmmm not sure tbh. My paraspeed doesn’t seem to have any of those spots. If you’re having issues with it though you could try a similar pad with the endgame gear mpc450

Hey Fresh, looking for some advice on a pad for the Xlite with Superglides-I’m coming from a QCK and definitely wanna try something faster, but don’t want to dislocate any joints in the process lol. Having a hard time choosing between the LGG Venus and the Paraspeed-general consensus on the Venus is positive, haven’t seen much about the Paraspeed besides your video-but I’m totally open to other suggestions! Mostly playing Apex and Halo these days. Thanks!

I think both options are really good. Hard to pick between the two but if you want a buttery smooth feeling with glass the paraspeed is great. The Venus will have a bit more control and also feels really nice

I came from the SkyPad 2.0 and have had the Paraspeed with the Superglides, it is a very similar feeling and has non of the downsides of a hard pad. The only downside is the Paraspeed still needs cleaning and some maintenance, but that's it.

So how do the glass skates affect the glide on cloth pads? And should I get them if im looking to have the least resistant mouse glide? Also using an artisan raiden if that has anything to do with choosing the right skates.

If you want the least resistance, I’d probably go with the lethal gaming gear glass skates. The glide on cloth has a similar affect as cordura. It’s not nearly as fast as people think. It’s just controlled and 1:1 to your power

I bought the Pulsar Xlite wireless based on your suggestion and it's the best mouse I've ever tried. I own about 2 dozen of them. Perfect claw grip and I consistently get the fastest human benchmark scores with it. I also bought the Pulsar grip tape and it's phenomenal too. Are the Pulsar glass glides worth buying? I wish the Paraspeed came in larger sizes.

I wish it did too. I do recommend at least trying the glass skates once to see if you like them! I really love them and haven’t gone back to ptfe yet. Interestingly, it seems my red skates are faster than my black but I don’t know if that’s just an anomaly

The problem is that I don't like the roughness of the Hien and although the mpc feels smoother, it id a bit too fast for me and still not as smooth as I would like. There are. The lethal skates actually have less static friction and initial friction

Fresh! have you noticed any issues with sweating on your pad and this causing it to slow down dramatically with the glass skates? I had my superglide skates turn up and I noticed this after using them. Same on a few pads. I must sweat more tan the average with my wrist/arm. Apart from this, the skates are good. basically a deal breaker me unless I can figure out a solution though

Crap. I actually don’t notice the issue but I keep my room a literal ice box. My first suggestion would maybe be to try a sweat / water resistant cordura pad. Cloth can maintain more moisture. Also, the LGG glass skates do seem to be a whole lot faster with less friction so I wonder if you’d have the same issue on their’s

I'll have to try and get my hand on the LGG skates but the shipping through them kills the cost for me in Australia. I hope ausmodshop ends up with some or another retailer that has less shipping cost. I was also thinking a sleeve may help with the sweat on the pad. I don't ever really notice it with PTFE skates so it was a bit of a surprise. I'm intrigued about the LGG skates now

That's interesting, I have yet to try any glass feet yet, but I have high hopes for them, as I am a fan of a smooth gliding skates experience. For example the corepads on g pro x superlight are not as smooth as I would like, especially compared to the stock feet on my new finalmouse starlight 12 phantom, which has the butteriest glide of any stock feet I've ever had on a mouse.

The Superglides V1 and V2 for my mouse has worn down my ParaSpeed XXL Cordura pad with a shinier texture where it is muddy and hard to do microadjustments on. I switched mouse and kept the PTFE and rotated my mousepad for a clean surface and no wear so far with PTFE skates. So buyers beware!

Ok I have 2 questions after this video, because it kinda surprises me. First: with glass feet and a cordura pad is there even any kind of stopping power? I feel like that combo is way too fast isnt it? And second: how close is the Paraspeed to the traigun?

There is actually more stopping power with the superglides than stock PTFE skates on most mice surprisingly. Glass actually isn't as fast as people make it out to be. Smooth yes. Consistent yes. But not uncontrollably fast. I will post a youtube short about this

Coating goes away quickly and damages pad. You need uncoated glass skates if you want to use them on hard pad. As i know, lgg glass skates are uncoated

I want to change my cordura Eve mousepad, I have had it for almost 2 years but now I want to try something else. I want something that will age well, not too abrasive, and not faster than what I had. Paraspeed or X-ray Traigun - softest of the cordura offerings with best resistance to moisturize and still maintaining speed and exceptional durability. Both in large sizes are $35 - $40 and will last a decade+

I appreciate and trust your mouse/mouse pad reviews more than most on here but one suggestion is that I don't feel the gameplay really adds anything to the video. You play well in every clip regardless of the mouse or pad being reviewed and to the viewer it just seems like gameplay for the sake of it. Since every engagement is different comparing 1 to 1 is impossible and only you really know how the product was feeling in game. Regardless, love the videos man.

Definitely not wrong, but it’s hard to only focus a review on talking about a tiny black square haha. At a certain point good players will always have diminishing returns, but I’d like to hope those new to the channel can get a sense of how I play and see through the gameplay whether it’s someone they can trust or not based on how I’m doing with a product. Also, adding gameplay makes it way more fun for me haha. I do think also, if I say “this is my main” or “this thing is amazing in game”, I feel like not adding gameplay to show how I perform with it makes those statements a bit less credible. I think about what you’ve said though all the time. It is a bit of A catch 22 haha. Thanks for loving the videos !!!
