Best Mouth Guard for BJJ Rolling & Hard Training

A question that I've been asked numerous times is "Which is the best mouth guards to use in BJJ."
I have used a ton of generic boil & bite mouth guards, but those aren't really that great. They fall out easily and don't stay stuck in during hard rolling sessions where I'm breathing heavy.
Back in 2022 I was contacted by a company called Trufit Customs which makes mouthguards and they wanted to see if I would try 1 out with my BJJ training. I used the mouthguard during my training for No Gi Worlds 2022 and have used it ever since. It's a great mouthpiece for Brazilian Jiu-jitsu training.
These mouth guards are molded to your teeth to provide protection and comfort. The mouthguard also stays lodged in place at all times so even if you're really getting after it, the mouthpiece will stay put..

Those SISU mouth guards are great. I went though a handful before finding them. They are actually meant for grinding your teeth in your sleep, right? If so, proves that breathablity is key.

I used impact mouthguards. American company and the customer service is great. Funny this video popped up because I just ordered my second mouthguard after having my first one for about a year.

Damn that's rough. I'm more worried about getting my nose broken. We have a purple belt who likes to go 2000 mph at all times and has a habit of smacking people in the face, including me.

I wear mine even when drilling. Very easy to catch an elbow or knee especially with white belts…ps I’m a white belt

This brand is high quality, its not the one I prefer but its a little bit cheaper than my brand which can be a plus for grapplers on a budget who still want to protect their teeth very well.

I've got the SISU one too. It's functional and $20. I really need one because I have loose teeth already. I'm 71 with thinning bones.

I know I'm late to comment but I've been using a boil and bite Shock doctor and hate it. I recently got my Trufit and love the thing. I have noticed I don't get the same mouth fatigue I get with the boil and bites. I keep my shock doctor as a backup but the Tru fit is awesome.

The issue I have is with tauri on the inside of my jaw (lower incisors) as well as the upper incisors on the outside, so wearing those high profile ones is a no-go. I like the "slimline" designs; an Everlast I had for years worked well until it just got used/old/funky and now using a Shock Doctor and it's fine. At my age, I'd like some of the nicer things and I usually don't cheap out on gear (buy cheap, buy twice). I'll check these out!

It's sensitive early on. That goes away. But get it fixed. Pretty easy procedure.
