One of the best bar fights in cinematic history. They had a reputation of breaking into bars but the second the door got locked and Sonny says 'now you can't leave', they knew they came into the wrong bar.
Neighborhood mobster Sonny (Chazz Palminteri) had a reputation to maintain and he ain't going to let them go easily.

If this was an all female bike gang, would the beating have also been justified? Because I believe in equal rights, I believe a beating of an all female gang is justified int he same way as the the beating of the all male gang as portrayed in the movie. However, due to sexism against men, the vasty majority of society does not believe in punishing women to the same extent as men. Women are privileged. They are treated better than men and are excused for actions that men are punished for. Why is that? Why do you feel men deserve to be beaten while women do not deserve to be beaten for the same actions.

Also the only ones who would be able to pull out the firearm would be the ones closest to the mobsters unless they are dumb enough to fire shots at their own guys and not think before shooting and yeah. They weren't actors. DeNiro and Chaz I Can't Spell His Last Name, the guy who played Sonny, they know some Hell's Angels. Those guys were actual HA members who did a favor for them. The only catch was, they wouldn't wear HA's patch, and lose a fight on screen, that's why the fictional Satan's Messengers patch was created.

I learned back when i was a kid working as a bouncer in a Montana bar that bikers rely on two things....numbers and intimidation. I had full patched Bandidos threaten to kill me. I just laughed at the guy and told him i would be taking him to hell wirh me. He stuttered...."i'm gonna find out where you live!" I grinned and gave him my home address and directions! (god's honest truth!) He stood there silent in disbelief that he couldn't scare me. I laughed again and told him that he'd be damn unlucky if he got past my three Rottweilers....because the next stop was gonna be me with a .45auto in one hand and a sawed off double barrel 12 gauge in the other!! Him and his buddies shuffled off mumbling and dejected. Never saw their mangy asses again. The next morning i went well heeled (armed) into town and found a local cop, and told him to go find those assclowns and give them a stern warning not to fuck with me or they morgue was gonna have a sudden spike in business and shortage of body bags! Knowing my reputation and seeing the look in my eyes...the cop just said..."you do whatever you hafta do to defend yourself" he did go talk to them and tgat was the last i ever heard about it. Bikers are punks....scared little punks who have to play dressup and act tough to feel like a man.

Just think about CPR... You are forcing a heart that has stopped beating *to pump* ... just imagine the pressure 600lbs makes when it doesn't release but sustains itself on your sternum. And , The dude in the film wasn't merely resting on him either... He applied pressure, with all his might. In short, *things stop working efficiently enough to sustain life...* *Your life* 🤣😂

@@BuzzWreck61 Actually the majority of the biker actors were real Hells Angles, Butch Garcia and John Bongi were both Presidents of the Nomad chapter of the Hells Angels in Lower Manhattan, Butch and John both have red stripe shirts in homage to Chino played by Lee Marvin in the Wild One but hey it's Chazz's movie so the beating only goes one way.

@@bull419 Um, you do know that this is not a real fight and they're all acting, right? No matter what the Hell's Angels' fighting prowess, they were paid to lose onscreen.
