Namaste, I got cheek wrinkles from smoking cigarettes. I was aware that I enjoyed holding my breath rather than healthy rhythmic breathing. I also noticed my hands got the same way. My diet is fine, I'm outside all the time, I exercise and sleep. Sleep less rather than more. Okay all that but I think the breathing rhythm is key. How do you feel about collapsed sinuses? @ roopa, hi PL get organic neem oil if possible Vyas brand or any good one, now apply some and massage, + nasyam/ nabhipuran with the same, hopefully cure in 20 days, other option, fresh aloevera...apply zinc oxide powder paste,. .....,/ If have body heat issue also, then go for Arjun chhal powder or gokharu powder also...or niranjan phal.... Put 2 drops oil nakuladana/ makhandana and swallow it directly with water, without putting on tounge. ..my own experience
