I don’t frown, but I smile and that causes wrinkles for me.... another tip? I’m not 30 yet but I’ve recently got wrinkles in my face. I eat fruits, nuts, good oils, drinking plenty of water, taking walks in the forest; yoga etc. But I look so ugly in my face, especially my eyes! They look completely dead, wrinkle and so so tired.
