Thank you so much .My mother was East Indian and they do eat lots of those spices in their diet so even though I am American I can re familiarize myself with that type of diet which I have dropped since mom passed away in my childhood. I do miss her spicy cooking but I don’t know anyone who cooked like her. Wow ..thanks much!

I've been in pain management for 30 years on the Fentanyl Duragesic patch. It worked great at the beginning. Remained on 50 mcgs. I was able to exercise consistently. I was born with ankylosing spondylitis. Exercising kept my spine straight. My nervous system is damaged, and there's nothing anyone can do about it. I hate the patch I'm addicted to. All of these suggestions you make help to sustain me and give me better days. I admit diet has a lot to do with it. I gave up on doctors. I am on an herbal, hormonal Bio-t pellet, vitamin regimen, and faith in God helps. ❤

I also think that in the video the doctor said it is not really necessary to have pepper if you have a good bacterial flora in your intestines. (In order to achieve that, we can eat mostly raw fruits and salad and yogurt sometimes - no sugar or milk cream. This way, we have prebiotics and probiotics. A diet made of 80%, 90% raw fruits and salad and just a little fish is also highlly antinflamatory.) 😊

I'm so sorry you're suffering like this. In the video, I do comment on once you have nerve damage, or any chronic illness, eating turmeric alone won't fix the problem because you can't get in the amount of nutrients you need. So ,that's issue #1. Issue #2 is with nerve damage, there is no one single thing that will reverse the damage. You must take a multi-faceted approach, especially since you've been suffering for several years. Here are links to a few of the videos we've done that will explain in greater detail. • Vital nutrients for nerve repair: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rYHVpqRqbpKeqbc • The Right Dose: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mnywgYCGf7JngLs • Healing with Light: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hH-7dah8mJqWfrc

Nothing is working. I have been taking Garbapentin 300mg at night which sometimes induces a little sleep in light of my chronic Insomnia. But the side effects are loss of memory on a slow but sure scale. So take courage that it may not be as bad for you. God is my only hope. BTW, the ACTOR identifying himself as "Dave Stephenson medical researcher" posing as a doctor in the beginning of the video I saw acting in another KZbin infomercial (selling insurance for Otto auto insurance company) while I was typing this question!!! Argh! Fakeness! Radar up! Aren't I a "medical researcher" myself? LOL I'm asking because there are a couple ingredients here that are not in your Gold formula that I take. I'm like everyone else here wanting this evil neuropathy to go away. I think I have neuropathy lesions on my feet. - Levocarnitine (L-carnitine) - Thioctic Acid (Lipoic acid) - Biletan (Alpha-lipoic acid) from animal liver. inhibits the overactivity of microglia that causes neuroinflammation - Baicalin (Scutellaria baicalensis aka Chinese skullcap) - Diferuloylmethane (curcumin)

So many videos about nerve health !! There is a video about the importance of the B vitamins. Then there's the one about Magnesium and I have just listened to one about Turmeric. All more or less the holy grail for nerve treatment. SO WHAT DO WE BELIEVE ? To be honest the more of these videos I watch the less trust I have in the narrators. I think these videos have more to do with VIEWS and monetary value.
@NerveDoctors11 күн бұрын
Hi Gertrude. I certainly understand your confusion and each has their merits, so allow me to break it down for you to help you understand better. Nerves are very complicated tissue with the slowest healing/recovery time. Once a nerve is damaged or multiple nerves you need to start with the most critical nutrients for nerve repair as proven in scientific journals. That's going to Be Benfotiamine, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, Methylcobalamin, Folate, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Acetyl L Carnitine and L-Citrulline. These are your basic foundation for repair. This has been proven in the research. [Here are links to 2 videos that I did on this topic: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rYHVpqRqbpKeqbc kzbin.info/www/bejne/mnywgYCGf7JngLs Now, nerves can take anywhere from 8 months up to 2 years for healing. During that time, the average person is subject to a lot of inflammation due to their diet, stress, lack of sleep, etc. This can slow down the healing process even further. So, when you see me or anyone else talk about the benefit s of turmeric, ginger and other antioxidant foods, this does not mean that it is a cure-all because it's not. However, all foods rich in antioxidants will help support the nerves healing journey. On top of this, in the video I just released this week, I talk about the benefits of magnesium. It is not the key player to reverse neuropathy but a magnesium deficiency will definitely make it more difficult for the nerves to heal. I hope this sheds a bit of light and clarity for you. Blessings.
