Re multiple sclerosis, Dr Wahl reversed hers in about a year. It’s in the book The Wahl’s Protocol. These exercises are great.

Flowing. Thanks for the video. I’m 2 years and 5 months post stroke and have been looking for some useful but easier exercises that I can do and this set is just the ticket. I have trouble getting down onto the floor so seated exercises work better for me. I also got slightly out of breath which tells me I was doing something useful. I can’t do the ankle lifts or the knee lift and rotation because my stroke foot/leg won’t let me but it will be a useful addition to my daily routine. Thanks again.

Well I'm here for my recent health issue, I'm diagnosed with pcos in March 24 and was taking medicine everytime was ok but due to heavy discharge I was admitted in hospital on 11th aug just after month of my dad's passing, thereafter the bleeding is on and off with medicine and I every menstruation time I encounter leg pain too much leg pain, and now after my periods my leg pain still persists and the back side of my knees pains and from yesterday I'm noticing new issue,my left leg's longer finger is feeling as I tied it with something, please help me
