Re multiple sclerosis, Dr Wahl reversed hers in about a year. It’s in the book The Wahl’s Protocol. These exercises are great.

Flowing. Thanks for the video. I’m 2 years and 5 months post stroke and have been looking for some useful but easier exercises that I can do and this set is just the ticket. I have trouble getting down onto the floor so seated exercises work better for me. I also got slightly out of breath which tells me I was doing something useful. I can’t do the ankle lifts or the knee lift and rotation because my stroke foot/leg won’t let me but it will be a useful addition to my daily routine. Thanks again.
