The exodus trailer was amazing. The facial expressions when she told him =I love you= actually made me have feelings for the characters. No other games or trailers in these past years made me feel strong emotions towards the characters.

Sure it looked great, but what is the game? It showed nothing of the game. Are we playing as Maxine through all that past stuff? If so, they kind of spoiled the ending and if not then what? There is literally nothing else to resemble any form of gameplay. It might as well just be a movie.

yeah 1&2 where good games, the third was fine half way through but the ending just kills my enjoyment of the series for years at a time... i don't recall there being many of the original writers left from those teams - would be great if the team got together and did another 1&2 sequel as the team for Andromeda was pure poop from end to end and the less of me3's ending ever referenced the better.

In October 2023, it was officially announced with a spectacular 26 minutes video, that SQUADRON 42 was finished and was going to the polishing and optimization phase. So if the game is in its last phase of development, it is more than likely that the game will be released in 2024 or probably 2025 at the latest.
