Thanks Amber! The war in Israel has put a pause on the major fundraising. We were supposed to be in a capital campaign now. We are still on track for the children's museum but now we're pivoting to meet some current needs for local kids. I still need to raise funds but most people who give to Israel don't see us as a priority today. We are perfect for "the day after" though. I always appreciate your videos, thank you!! Hi Amber. I am shooting to start an arts education for kids non profit. If the kids are making great art I see an opportunity to have lots of different events centered around the art - a year end show in the local arts center with a silent auction, a show in our local coffee shop with potential for a percent of their sales to support the non profit. My question is this - if I develop one or a few ways of selling the kids' art, what is a reasonable way to profit share with the kids? Would 50/50 be good? or the non profit takes 1/3 and the kids receive 2/3rds of the sale? Is there a sensible way of developing a metric for something like this? Many thanks. Again, these videos are not just informational, they are inspiring.

To figure that out, I think you'd probably need A) some basic data on your operational costs to know what expenses need to be covered, and B) some feedback / buy in from the families participating to think through that -- it sounds like you'd be teaching some entrepreneurial skills too!

Would you happen to have a video idea for raising money for volunteer fire departments? I enjoy your recent videos and alot of the same boot drives the firefighters do pull some money but not like they used to back then. Thanks.
