@@Sil3ntAssasin28 true, a worthy replacement but the very magic from End Complete and World Demise is a little bit gone but yes he is very suitable for todays Ob.

I remember having a conversation with Chris Barnes brother Jason who was involved with SFU behind the scenes and touring with the band and this was only maybe a year after west was gone from SFU and I asked him "what really happened to Allen West?". He was not happy at all with West and said basically West has thrown away his life and career, called him a "crack head, meth head drunken junkie" and also said he never showed up for rehearsals and was always putting problems and strains on the band. He said West wont ever amount to anything again because of his lifestyle. It was a bitter pill for me to swallow because i was and still am a big fan of West but I wrote it off as him just being shity from the firing of West and assumed since he was Chris Barnes brother he would basically be this way towards West even if it wasn't true. Then some years went by and Obituary got back together and released an album with West then the same things happened with Obituary as did with SFU and you look at all the charges and prison time over and over again. The record speaks for itself. Two separate bands and the same results, Chris Barnes brother was unfortunately right. 😢

I was lucky to see Obituary several times in the early days with Allen West. Allen West and Dan Spitz among my favorite players and both seem to suffer the same fate from music

One of my favorite Death Metal songs of all time. So brutal. I always thought Allen West's guitar work was near perfect for the Death Metal genre. Much like Kirk Hammett's guitar work on Kill 'Em All.
