All these 2023 favorites videos recently are such fun to watch! What shade do you have in the Tower 28 concealer? I'm fairer than you but I think we have similar undertones. I think you look great in your cool tone favorites too, you seem to handle both! I know a lot of olives prefer to go cooler with makeup, as the green in our skin sometimes seem to cancel out certain nuances of tones and make warmer products look orange. I bought Manasi 7 all over color in Duras because of you and I'm loving it!

Hello and thanks so much for the considerate comment! I think cool toned products can work well, but sometimes I feel like everything just turns warm on me, LOL! (Mostly when it comes to blush that is) I have KTown in the Tower 28 concealer, and it's such a good match for me. I am so glad you love Duras, isn't it just the best?!? 🥰💗

Votary cleansing cream was a huge surprise hit for me and I love my cleansing gels but I have been reaching for this creamy cleanser all the time! Its fantastic makeup remover as well! So gentle on skin and does not irritate the eyes

I’ll have to check out Fortuna and Mara. Have you tried Nini organics Gaia face cream? It is divine and you only need a TINY amount, I use it at night and it is great for dry winter skin.

My desires: Furtuna Essence and Balm, Apis Honey Mallow cream, the Votary super sensitive cleansing cream. I adore balm and any format which allows you to wear as a mask :) oh! The Mara Cleansing oil or the Livebotanicals! Now I will suffer between the choice of these 2. 😅

Great video! I purchased several Furtuna products during their recent sale but haven't tried them yet. I've also been using the Merit blushes based on your recommendation and do love them (different colors than yours since I have cool based skin). I laughed when you talked about being seen by the mailman, etc. I usually wear my favorite clothes at home until they fall apart. I had to get rid of my favorite sweatshirt after my long time mailman kept making fun of it! Our mail carriers sometimes know us better than even our friends 😝 Hope you are having a great holiday season!

@@TrishV1 He was my mail carrier for over 15 years before he retired. He was my age, grew up in the same part of WI and went to college at UW as I did. So we had things in common! And he gave my dogs treats every day so he was the highlight of their day. I had to throw out a few favorite pieces of clothing since if he thought they were bad they must have been way beyond their prime. Now that he's retired I can be comfy and look like crap at home again 🤣

Great round up! Agreed on the Mara Cleansing oil and Tower28 concealer; fantastic standout products! I tried a sample of the Manasi Silk Powder this year, it was sooo good. Maybe in the new year I will purchase the full size of that powder and try something by Furtuna! Did the Le Prunier not make this list because it wasn’t new this year? Just ordered the travel size to try! Also curious about the Good Molecules SPF, but the reviews on Ulta are poor for it..why do you suppose that is?

Thank you and thanks so much for watching!☺I have had heard such good things about the Manasi powder, where did you get a sample of it? Le Prunier made my 2022 list actually. I initially forgot to put it on my 2022 skincare faves, but then remembered I forgot so I put it in with my 2022 makeup faves. I looked at the 4 and 5 star reviews over there and those are the ones that align with my experience with it. The reviews that say it has a bad smell (I don't think it smells at all) or that it pills (I have never had it pill), etc.....that's just not my experience. Luckily, it's only $12 so not too much of an investment if it doesn't work for you whereas the Le Prunier Plumscreen is $78!

Hey Trish! Was hoping you’d have some thoughts on the issue I’m having. Purchased the mini of the le Prunier SPF, and every time it flakes off! I always leave time for other skincare to sink in before applying SPF, and do not use any silicones! What do you think could be causing this?

Unfortunately I don't! I have heard people complain about that though with the Prunier SPF. I haven't used it in many months as I have been using other SPFs on my face that I like more, and I think maybe I have experienced pilling with it a couple of times, but never anything terrible. Sorry I can't be of more help!
