Richard and GMG is killing it with these KZbin videos. I watched some of the discovery episodes, but nothing compared to these KZbin episodes. We really see Richard as a person and he’s amazing. Such a down to earth guy. Love these vids!!! Keep it up!

Down to earth, really? He often makes a fool of his guys, particularly the more introvert ones, like he is so above them. That’s one of the characteristics of a not so down to earth man. Have you seen his Ferrari’s, watches, house? I don’t have a problem with that at all, but this materialistic guy is not down to earth. And killing it? @@Dennis-eh2vx I see your point of view, but I suppose my reply to your comment would be, that it's not always about builds. Seeing the variety of the gas monkey world is a fun watch. Either way, yes I would like to see more builds too, but we'll have to see their decisions of content. Some videos in my mind have been boring, but I still enjoy the overall format as compared to what was on tv.

WOW! Is it amazing that Americans are making a supercar from scratch and it is so sweet looking. I like this show since the inception. I am now super poor due to a serious accident making me a disabled hard knocker, but I am grateful for You Tube and the good creators because I was laid up an entire year in 2000 and it was very bad... This is a little better for 5 years, but the pain and consequences are way worse. Love to you all.

Cool car the Glickenhaus. Front pointing camera on the side mirror with a display inside could solve the issue for those who are expected to put 20000 miles on it, alot of it in regular traffic. track to road use ratio 50/50? I guess that, as it still is a prototype there is very little telemetry and realistic power to weight ratio nr available to the public? Engineering and r&d is expensive, they cut expenses by proudly buying vital parts such as suspension,engine and transmission from other manufacturers. (untill they'll be proudly designing and creating there own largely in-house made cars, maybe E?) As a racing team Glickenhaus is not a manufacturer so they can shop in other manufacturers "car parts bin" (konigsegg gearbox: masterpiece) . What i found a bit hypocritical, almost rude sounding was how James down played the engineering harmony there needs to be in a project such as the Ford GT40, for it to achieve automotive perfection status such as the likings of the F40, MCf1, etc. Because the GT40 is really that good. I rather wished he didn't focus on the "competitors" so much. That's why the Porsche is legendary after so many decades... Would love to drive it.

"Cabover" comes from CAB OVER ENGINE. That "cabover" doesn't have a "cab" period and it's certainly not over the engine. Which is nothing but a plain old Detroit Diesel 12V-71 2-stroke. About as far from an "airplane engine" as you can get besides being a V-12 and "identical" to maybe .0001% of all reciprocating "aero engines" ever built. And the reason it doesn't "howl" like a Detroit? Because some idiot put "zoomies" or maybe "ejectors" on it to fool tools like you into thinking it's something "special". Ditto the red paint. Too bad he didn't "camouflage" the dead giveaway "hand screws" retaining the valve covers or he might have something "special" any REAL gearhead "truck nut" couldn't ID as a Detroit faster than he can form the words.

Glickenhaus is a Holy Grail Manufacturer. I think one of 3 (Pinninfarina and Scaglietti being the other 2) outside builders that recieved permission to badge thier cars as a official Ferrari.
