Best of iCast Show Boat winner REALLY??? Bote Lono Apex Inflatable Pedal Drive Kayak

I've had nothing but issues with my Bote Apex pedal. Parts keep coming loose on the pedal drive itself and I constantly have to keep the tools with me to tighten it up. One of the medal clips that holds the heavy black plastic molding that the drive drops down into is bent. Hated the seat. Ended up swapping the seat for a small black beach chair type setup. Going to clean my up and sell it and put it towards a Lynx.

I had a bote lono and it was terrible.It sucked to inflate it sucked to attempt to get it back in the bag and it was the most uncomfortable thing ever. The thing also sucks in the wind but it was stable lol

Do you think the Iattak or the Mako air 8.5 or the Feelfree airships will have the same issue or is it just related to BOTE?

Yeah so far bote has not impressed me yet. Inflatable kayaks just to easy to brake. Especially for the bote price point.

The Bote whatever looked more like a boat and seemed stiff enough. The pedal unit was broke or miss-aligned. The seat broke.....and this was the best at iCast? Don't think so.

Alex you gotta throw me a tease videi, while I'm working lol. Love to be fishing in my 12ft kayak, hearing my 2.5 suzuki cruise. And testing my cockpit fitted 46 lb thrust trolling motor. If I take my PDL drive out. My trolling motor fits exactly in the PDL clips. So I have PDL, 46LB Thrust trolling motor, weighs 21 lbs. And to cover the 1600 acre lake I fish. My baby, that 2.6 Suzuki, railblaza side mount transom. Course it's beautiful today, but gotta work. Be safe bro..🤟🎣🙏

The Lono is nothing but an expensive pool toy. Fittings and fixtures seem to be poor quality and design. With the high sides it would be impossible to control in even a moderate breeze. There are some good kayak style inflatable fishing boats but this is not one of them.
