Negan's always been the good guy. Who started the God damned war? Rick went into that outpost killed every savior. What did Negan do? He only killed two of them. Then Carl went into the scantuary and gunned four of his men and he made him spaghetti back at Alexandria. If you remember S08E16 Negan was about to stop but Rick sliced his throat. Maybe we are forgetting when Eugene made Rosita a bullet and guess what both Rosita and Eugene are alive and he didn't kill the traitor Dwight. Rick kills two men in a bar and then saves one of their men when he falls the thing is Rick was the worst leader ever I'm glad he's not around anymore.
